25Watt magnetische aangedreven pomp.

Upgrade je 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 met de geheel nieuwe magnetisch aangedreven pomp met weerhaak. Deze pomp wordt standaard geleverd bij de 100L BrewZilla Gen 4.

Dit model was ooit een Green Demon (groene kleur), het is nu omgeschakeld naar een Grey Goblin (Gun Metal Grey Colour).

Om de 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 te upgraden, moet je een lichte elektrische terminal opnieuw bekabelen. Deze pomp is vooraf uitgerust met blad- en cirkelconnectoren om de standaard pomp van 6 watt te verwisselen. U moet de doorvoertule opnieuw gebruiken, dus wees voorzichtig wanneer u deze van de 6w-pomp haalt.

Standaardconfiguratie - Geen extra fittingen/slangen nodig
Deze configuratie is een directe omschakeling van de 6w-pomp naar de 25w-pomp. Gebruikmakend van de tee-splitter en de originele slang die bij de 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla wordt geleverd.
Het helpt wel een beetje als je het uitlaatelleboogstuk op de inlaat gebruikt, en vice versa, aangezien de 25w-pomp iets groter is dan de 6w-standaardpomp.

Alternatieve configuratie ~ Oli's Weesgegroet
Voor deze methode heb je ongeveer een stuk 165 mm ID-slang van 12 mm nodig, bij voorkeur gevlochten. U kunt hiervoor geen normale siliconen slang gebruiken. Bij deze methode wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van het T-stuk van de kogelkraan. Het vertrouwt uitsluitend op de grotere pomp van 25 W om aan alle overdrachts-/recirculatiebehoeften te voldoen.

Deze pomp kan ook in uw brouwerij worden gebruikt, maar u heeft een elektricien nodig om er een 10a-stekker op te plaatsen. Hij is bestand tegen temperaturen tot 120C en kan direct koken aan zonder dat hij voor gebruik hoeft af te koelen. Uiterst efficiënte pomp van 1,1 ampère die continu kan draaien bij hoge temperaturen.

25w Magnetic Drive Pump 220-240v

Upgrade your 65L BrewZilla Gen 4 with the all new barbed magnetic driven pump. This pump comes standard with the 100L BrewZilla Gen 4.

This model was once a Green Demon (Green Colour), it has now been switched over to a Grey Goblin (Gun Metal Grey Colour).

To upgrade the 65L BrewZilla Gen 4, you will need to perform some light electrical terminal rewiring. This pump comes prefitted with blade and circle connectors to swap out the standard 6 watt pump. You will need to re-use the grommet fitting so be gentle when taking it off the 6w pump.

Standard Configuration - No additional fittings/hoses required
This configuration is a direct swap out of the 6w pump to the 25w pump. Utilising the tee splitter and the original hosing that comes with the 65L Gen 4 BrewZilla.
It does help a little bit if you use the outlet elbow piece on the inlet, and vice versa as the 25w pump is slightly taller than the 6w stock standard pump.

Alternative Configuration ~ Oli's Hail Mary
For this method you will need about a 165mm piece of 12mm ID hosing, preferably braided. You cannot use normal silicone hosing for this. This method does not use the tee piece of ball valve. It solely relies on the bigger 25w pump to do all of the transferring/recirculating needs.

This pump can also be used around your brewery, but you will need an electrician to fit a 10a plug to it. Capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120C it can handle the boil directly without the need to cool before use. Extremely efficient 1.1amp pump which can be run continuously at elevated temperatures.
